How do i make a Booking
All bookings are online only via the booking form
Our payments terms are Cash Only on completion. An invoice of works is provided.
We service homes from PIMPAMA to ROBINA only.

Whats Included? What Areas do you Spray Treat?
This includes a full spray treatment to all internal rooms and garages. Outside we spray treat all external walls, sheds, outdoor living areas, outdoor furniture, clothes lines, pool area, bins, around window & door frames, letterbox..etc
We will place long lasting cockroach gel baits to kitchen cupboards.
We will dust treat behind fridges & dishwashers for cockroaches.
Any wasp nests that we come across we will spray treat them.

How long does this last, how often should i treat my home?
Spray treatment will last up to 12 months, most customers get a re spray after 12 months

Warranty?
** NOTE this special price is for a 1 TIME treatment only, no warranty

How long Does it take to treat my House?
About 1 hour to treat a standard size house.

Do i Need to Empty out my Kitchen Cupboards
No we place long life cockroach gel baits inside your cupboards, and dust treat around the back of dishwashers, fridges for cockroaches.

I Have a Major Cockroach Infestation
If you have a MAJOR Infestation with german cockroaches in your kitchen i recommend that you empty ALL contents inside the Kitchen cupboards and we can then spray treat inside your cupboards – FREE.
*NOTE cupboards must be emptied before we arrive.

Are the products used safe
Yes Products are Safe for family, pets, cats & dogs. No Nasty Odours or Fumes
Any pet birds and fish tanks/ponds will need to covered up
The products we use are only available to licensed pest controllers, they are designed to be used in homes, child care centres, hospitals, restaurants etc..

Products Chemicals Used In Pest Treatment
We only use best quality products. They are water based with no nasty odours or fumes.
For the Internal External spray treatment we use Brand name : Bilflex Aqua Max  – Active Ingredient : 100g/l Bifenthrin
For the Roof Dusting we use  Brand Name: Dragnet Dust – Active Ingredient : 20g/kg Permethrin
For the cockroach baiting we use Brand Name: Maxforce – Active Ingredient: 20g/kg Hydramethylnon

Rain
The chemicals we use are rain fast and designed to stick onto dry surfaces.
As long as the surfaces are dry when we first apply the spray, Rain will not wash the chemicals away.
It will slowly wear down over the months.

When can i re enter my home
We ask that you don’t be in the house while we treating inside rooms.
Once we are finished inside it is best recommended to wait around 15mins before re entering.
The treated areas may still be wet for about 30 minutes so best to avoid touching spray treated areas.

How To Best Prepare for a Pest Treatment
Do not book in any other Trades people at time of your service
House cleaning,mopping vacuuming is best done before your pest service
Pick up any loose items around home eg, toys, clothes etc..so we have good access to spray treat skirting boards
Do not have washing out on clothes line
Have Cars out of garages so we can fully treat your garage area.
Remove any pet food water bowls or turn them over
Have side gates unlocked so we can access backyards
Fish Ponds/Tanks Need to be covered up
